Tonight I am sending out a link for you to check out. This comes from Carrie Brown, one of my old college roommates. We attended SCAD together while studying for our MFA's. While in school Carrie had the opportunity to visit Ghana and fell in love with the country and its people. We spent many a night listening to her stories, looking through her photographs, watching her edit for her thesis. It was clear that while her body was in the States with us that her spirit was always in Ghana.
Shortly after graduation Carrie began to make arrangements to go back. And she returned with a mission!! Carrie began a photography program for the children of Ghana.
