It was free family education day at the UGA Aquarium! There was so much to do, so much to see and touch and learn that we stayed way too long, got way to much sun and learned so much!

Did you attend?? What was your favorite??

My Favorite is always the turtles. It always will be I think...

 on the road again, seeing places that we've never been....  sometimes you have to get back to basics, back to design and what you love.  and this weekend that is just what we did. a little bird told us about a car show out in pooler back behind the ymca. so we took a drive. its always a chance, a bit like the lotto, when you roll up to a car show; you don't know what you're going to find- new or familiar cars, old friends, or just plain rain.  it was a wonderful show! the cars were amazing, the people fantastic, and the details... well, the details speak for themselves! ~J.

What Do You Read?

We are big advocates of reading here in our house. The boys enjoy the Lama Lama, Little Blue Truck, Hop on Pop, anything Frog and Toad, Pete the Cat, Shark Vs Train. You name it, and we've read it! Or want to read it!  So tell me what your favorite book is!

welcoming summer Stelling style

just a little note to show you what we've been up to...

 J turns 9 months in a few days. He's gotten 7 teeth, and is working on number 8 and 9. We made it through a rough patch this spring where he was very sick for way to long. After some great Drs we've found out he has silent reflux and will be fine! Proud to say he almost sleeps through the night and can crawl!

 We've been exploring and adventuring in the great weather we've been having. H and I participated in the Hopscotch World Record Event!

 The next weekend found us in Charleston at a family event. Here's H relaxing on the deck between rain drops.

 

 

 Sunday's have been beach affairs ... that always seem to finished with Five Guy burgers on the way home. Its funny to say but it brings peace to my week. (even if I do have another two loads of laundry and a car to sweep out when we return.) Last week we watched a pod of dolphins play and J tasted his first and second bites of sand. Yuck!

We've also traveled to the distant land of Jacksonville to visit their Zoo. The Butterfly Exhibit is amazing... please go pay a visit if you can! You will not be disappointed!! Promise.
